Exceptional job! Replaced a 20 year old deck, and did it the “right way”. Quality materials used, timely, cleaned up after, crew was nice and polite-they even enjoyed having lunch with my dogs! When I followed up with the owner on one additional issue, he came out HIMSELF, fixed it that day, and didn’t even charge me. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

This company went out of their way to be sure we had what we liked. They were professional and gave good advice as to what needed to be done. They can be relied on for variety of home repairs and refurbishments. They repaired and painted the cedar siding and trim on our home and totally refurbished our rotting deck. They appear to be a very busy small company and as such did have a few communication problems, and were not always as timely as we would have liked. But Fred, the manager, made sure things were done right in the end, and we got a good value. We will be be using them again for future projects.

Fred Harris from Vanquish and team really delivered. My roof was getting old and i had a leak in my master bathroom i got a flyer and decided to give them a call. Fred set a time came and inspected gave me a full education on roofing . My wife had wanted another few estimate so we did no one came even close to what Fred had given us. The price and service was unbeatable and the crew banged out the job in under a day with very clean work. Highly recommend Vanquish.

The project turned out to be more extensive than planned due to wood rot and the extra costs were minimal and the crew made sure the roof is good to go for the long haul. I happened to recieve one of the flyers for this company left at my door. I usually pay them no mind but I happened to need a roof replacement done. I looked them up and found that they are licensed, insured and bonded, all important to me for this kind of work. I called and spoke to Fred on a Monday, and met with him later that same day to go over details and pricing. He kept in touch to let me know what was going on and what to expect. Three days later the materials arrived after I recieved HOA approval and the next day his crew came out to do the work. Work was completed in a day and they cleaned up at the end of the job. This was by far the most comfortable, convenient and easy process Ive had working with a contractor for work like this. Thank you Fred and team.

I was looking for someone to work on Our gutter and luckily I saw a flyer outside our door from Vanguish. I called the number and Fred came right away and check our gutters. He said They will Work on it within 2 weeks. But after two days the guys showed up and did the job immediately. They were very professional and did a great job. Not to mention Fred didn’t bother to get the balance after the work has been done. He came after 2 weeks to get the balance. I highly recommend this guys.

It was a pleasure working with Vanquish for a new roof. The owner, Fred, was very responsive and punctual. He came to our home, explained the process and also had great pricing. He quickly sent the estimate and kept us informed of each step. The roofers were on time and efficient along with being extremely respectful especially during the pandemic. They did a great job cleaning up as well. Fred also followed up after the roof was finished and overlooked it to ensure the job was completed correctly. My roof was 25 years old and it was damaged. My widow cover was wood, and it was cracked at several places. I got recommendation to contact Vanquish Home Services. I called them and my contact person was Fred. He explained me all the available materials, years of warrantee (including material and labor) and prices. He is the best. No push and no rush. After I got his estimate, I compared the price with other companies and even individuals. His price and quality options were the best. I gave the contract to them. They completed the job within the agreed time frame. I have now a life time warranty on roof materials from manufacturers and a six years labor warrantee from Vanquish. I strongly recommend them to any roof and/or widow works. I’m still thinking to replace my door with them.

The best experience I had with a construction company. Fred is punctual and professional. He gave me the best price and the window replacing crew showed up exactly on time and it took them under 4 hrs to take down the old windows and replace the new ones. A very beautiful and clean work. We had a few quotes from different companies, but Vanquish was the only company that took time to educate us on our options. They didn’t try to push the most expensive option on us or make us feel like we “had” to do certain things. Our options were logically laid out for us and we were given the pros and cons of each one. They were also affordable and able to get the job done in a timely manner. Fred was very patient with us and all our questions. I learn about this company from a flyer I found by my door steps; since I was looking some work in my house; I contacted them immediately to discuss my options; on my first call I able to speak to Fred; and give me a date for a site visit. As his word; he came on Saturday morning; and as my first priority we discuss how they can fix my gutter; he gave me a fare price quote; set a date and fix my gutter perfectly to my satisfaction on time and in a short appointment. The young man Fred came over to give me a quote on my windows. The price was very low and I was kinda skeptical, however Vanquish and Fred both stayed quick and professional and kept everything neat and clean during and after the job.
